Personal planning with the individual, their families and /or support network determines the type and level of support provided.

These supports would focus on work, leisure, and recreation activities.

Sometimes it is necessary to create these opportunities and encourage the community to participate. These activities are diverse and increase likelihood for self-direction and improve a person's quality of life.

* Liability insurance is provided by Community Living while the person is training and up until the individual becomes a paid employee.
